<p>I’m learning a lot here and all, but on behalf of all non-applicant (I can’t remember the right word for applicant! Aaaah!) citizens, would anyone care to explain the term LOA?</p>

<p>I’m sure a few other people have other questions (or I’m out in the cold; poor me) about the myriad of acronyms that get tossed around in these forums.</p>
