Links to ACT Manuals

I have CC participant Coopjust to thank for posting a link that led me, when I hacked off the end of his link, to a page of links to ACT reports for educators

[The ACT Test: Publications](http://www.act.org/aap/resources.html)

including the user manual and technical manual for the ACT. Interesting reading.

Interesting. Thanks.

Hmmm, didn’t know that there was more where that came from. Thanks.

Chopping off the end of a URL is a trick I use a lot when someone shares an interesting link, as you did. Here’s a link I found that way once after first chopping, then browsing from the home page of the site:

http://statland.org/MAAFIXED.PDF

True, but a lot of the ACT site has “Virtual Directory Listing Denied” or similar messages. They used to have an interactive flash sample college & HS report- I went today and only the student sample was up. The PDF of the College sample report is just as good (kind of better, since it’s printable), but it’s also nice to be able to zoom in on whatever you want. I tried the link below it, but it gave me a 503 forbidden error.

Still, crapload of files there. 156pg technical manual 0_o
