List a bit too strong?

I was making my college lists and filling my apps when i had the sudden vision that i might not make it to a single one of these schools that i’m applying to. Sure, there are very very high reaches there…but i, at the time of making the list, thought that it was a pretty well balanced list. Just need a general idea.

Emory

Villanova

Babson

UNC - chapel Hill (remember…am an NC resident)

Uni of wisconsin Madison

i want this in both cases…if i get my novel published (seems unlikely but i’ll try )…and if i dont get it published.
this list is something i thought up of BEFORE i got my Sat scores… =(

lemme know ur opinions…and please state some suggestions for schools that are good in business and that i might go to…

Don’t bother applying applying to Harvard. Both Yale and Columbia would be high reaches, also. Unfortunately, your downward grade trend will not be looked on favorably.

Very good chances at Wisconsin, though.

Good luck!

You need safety schools. All of your schools are reaches I think.

Harvard/Yale/Columbia - Reaches
Ann Arbor (if you’re doing Engineering) - Reach

dont know about the rest

I think you would get into Babson. Don’t know about the rest. Also check out Indiana University, Northeastern and Bentley.

My honest opinion would be no for Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Chicago; probably not at UM; maybe for UNC and UW. Don’t know about the others.

definately in at UNC with your residency
Emory and Babson matches
Harvard Yale Columbia reaches
Villanova slight reach/match

you didnt have any EC’s in 9th or 10th grade and your downward grade trend might hurt you. your novel will be a big hook if its published.

gooood luck!

i think villanova, babson and unc are all good matches for you

no at the ivies.
not sure about others…
