Wellesley college has many, many asians. Those numbers aren’t correct. They have 22% listed as Asian and 13% International - which for sure includes many more Asians. It does have a vibrant, diverse community.
As far as schools that have good Latino communities, I would look at anything near a city or in Texas or California or Florida. City based schools tend to have larger Latino communities - but not necessarily because they are recruiting them.
