<p>There was a link posted a while ago of a .pdf file that contained a list of some colleges’ loan policies. It was mainly about colleges that have eliminated loans or have a cutoff number for their loans.</p>
<p>I’m having a really hard time finding it, and would really like it for my files.</p>
