Hey I saw your post and was really pleased to see someone take time out to help others out at such an important topic. I thought I could help you add a college that provided scholarship to international students.
I am a student who did not apply for any scholarship but still recieved it from college.

BOTH OFFERD ME 16K AND 15K A year respectively .
