My daughter has her mind made up where she wants to go, but there is another school that we had as a backup. Wondering if I should list them both on the FAFSA or if that just causes extra work for the other school when we don’t have any intention of going there any longer. I was just thinking if some weird circumstances came up with her first choice and we had to do a late switch to the other school, would it be better to have this in place already? Or can you add that school later on and have the SAR generated for them after the initial submission?
Yes it would be better to list it now. List the first choice first and any others next. I would list all that she applied to.
Then you should be able to get award letters from all schools and be able to compare.
