Little Big Planet! and other kewl stuff

Just got this for playstation 3 and my kids are loving it! Really a great game for the whole family, up to four players at a time, no shooting, and you don’t have to be a serious gamer or a n00b to enjoy it! Like Mario 64 for the playstation 3, with online play, and “modding”. Anyone else want to to describe holiday goodies!

Best present I got was a cross necklace from my husband. It wasn’t what I would have chosen myself, but I’m really pleased that he was listening to me when I said it would be nice to have one.

H&I decided that only the kids were getting presents this year. But when Jeff and Meeghan said “expect winds up to 70 mph and heavy snowfall with a chance of freezing rain”, we looked at each other and went shopping the next morning. The memories of the Hanukkah storm of 2006 were just too fresh (we had no power for 6 days). A bright red Honda generator was the gift that we got for ourselves this Christmas. Although the strong winds never materialized, the generator came in handy on Chrismas eve when we lost power due to a fallen tree in our neighborhood. We used it again on Christmas day when the power went out again. I expect more power outages in the next day or two.
So this is our cool gift this year. It kind of does not make sense to live in a house with a pre-wired transfer panel but without a generator.

Wii Fit. I rule at getting the balls in the hole just using my balance.

Plus a Fender replica bass guitar for Rockband/Guitar Hero with HS son. Only upstrum allowed…
