Editor of the Yearbook (3 years-max)
4 years choir-3 in auditioned state champion-Pioneer Choir
California Scholarship Federation (4 years)- lifetime sealbearer, vice pres.
3 years Link Crew leader for incoming freshmen
Several j-awards, including second place at National Journalism Conference
Journalism letter, varsity football letter, choir letter, academic letter
lots of cali golden state honors: high honors: algebra, geometry, english, algebra II, chemistry, biology
Writer for 2 years for town newspaper (circulation ~60,000)
Worked also for veterinary clinic- ~2 years
A lot of school awards,-top 10 in class-Pacesetter,etc.
Great recs, great essays (i read them), and a great interview (from what I hear)
*Coach is calling trying to see if he could play for Dartmouth football team, but the coach’s job is tenous, so its hard to say

<p>Who can give your brother more insight to the process than you who has been through it already. Apparently you know what it takes to get in. You also know that if your brother was going to be recruited as an athlete, he would have heard from a Dartmouth coach before the ED process took place. While having a sibling may be a small plus, he’s going have stand on his own merits.</p>

<p>oh I certainly realize he is going to have to stand on his own merits, as well he should, but I dont have much idea what they are looking for. With ivy admissions as much of a crapshoot as they are, its hard to say why I got in, so its hard to offer any good advice</p>
