Little Kids at Odegaard

What was up with all those crazy little kids running roughshod over Odegaard today? Soooo annoying. They looked to be like 2nd or 3rd graders. They were a lot smaller and less mature than the 10 year old in my family.

Aww, must have been on a field trip. I remember those, lol. It would make sense that they were a lot smaller and less mature since 2nd/3rd graders are like 6-9 years old.

I never got a field trip to UW when I was in gradeschool! >:O Only Math Day in high school, hahahaha. =) Did you guys see the youngish … but maybe between ages 12 and 15 people all wearing some sort of a uniform with ties (except the girls)? I wonder what that was about.

Well, I know there was a middle school band there today…I’m not sure why. May or may not have been the same group. Depends on what you mean by “little kids.”

@speedsolver: yeah!! That was the JR High band people. I was talking with a classmate of mine in red square and they were throwing stuff everywhere and barking at people lol

WTH?!?

@KayleyFC: They were two different things.

They may have been performing at Meany or something. I’m not sure. I saw them walk around Red Square and some came into Suzzallo, but those people were pretty respectful of the environment. :D

Generally when elementary/middle school students come on campus, there will be some ruckus, By George will be stuffed (or HUB when it’s open), and there will definitely be some trouble makers. There are still a share of quiet kids, or at least those who don’t make a scene, but usually they go by undetected while we hate on the loud and obnoxious ones. =P

Yeah, the little kids were just being little kids in an environment where I was trying to do a synopsis of a reading assignment for class. Meanwhile the JR High band could have been the best behaved group there was, because all I noticed were the 4-6 of them who were acting like fools.

I guess it’s kind of like when WSU fans come to watch a game…nevermind, bad analogy.

call me evil, but goddamn i hate the little kid field trips on campus

@spaceneedle: EVIL!!

Naw, I kinda agree.
