Ii may be applying to the LIU Summer Program that they offer, but can’t tell if it’s legit or worth it
- Is it only for one week? some parts of it make it seem as if you take 6 weeks to get the 3 credits they offer, but the main page says its only a week.
- is it actually worth it for applications? it doesn’t seem super competitive from what I’ve seen
- is it worth it for experience?
- What’s the actual cost? the 200 dollars is only for staying on campus (and flights aren’t included) - what do you actually have to pay to attend?
Here’s the link:
-
They show 3 sessions - all seem 5 weeks but it says 6.
-
If you want to attend, then it’s worth it and if you’re a current student, I doubt it’s competitive.
-
It’s worth it if it’s worth it to you - but check on transferability to your school if that’s what you seek - your school may not accept.
-
I don’t see cost - reach out and ask but if it’s 3 credits, it’s going to be more than $200. And of course it won’t include you getting there.
Here’s a link to ask your questions.
