<p>What do you guys think of living downtown in a loft? There are some pretty nice properties in the area. Some have nice amenities such as security, pools, gyms, etc…</p>
<p>Do you think it would hurt you socially living that far from campus? Is the closer the better? what do you guys think??</p>
<p>I lived downtown one semester and loved it. I was at the Met and it was like living in a hotel. There are alot of students downtown, and in general downtown is a pretty fun place to live right now. Best part is you can easily take public transit to school, the Dash is only a quarter. </p>
<p>I wouldn’t recommend it for a Freshman, but for other students it’s great.</p>
<p>Depending on where you would live downtown, the expo line will be opening (hopefully) sometime next year.</p>
