Living in the RPS Lounges

Check out the link below from the IU student newspaper. It looks like around 100 students will be set up in temporary quarters.

[RPS expects to house more than 100 students in residence hall lounges](http://www.idsnews.com/news/story.aspx?id=62144&comview=1)

Hope no CCers are effected!

Last time this happened was in Fall 2006–and I think the last time before that was Fall 1999. (3 times in 9 years–like the paper said).

It’s a real hassle for the students–so I wouldn’t be surprised if the school agrees to let many of these students room off-site if they request it (even though the “rules” say all freshman are to be housed on-campus).

Well, I won’t tell you what decade it was, but it also happened a couple of years when I was a student. (Another time of record enrollments.) It’s probably not in the records anymore as it’s history ;)

What’s it like living in there?
