Loan help

I am accepted to and would love to go to the LSA as an undergrad, but as an Out-of-State (OOS) student the tuition is high. I’m not expecting financial aid, and I fear I may be unable to pay for all four years.

I’m considering applying for a student loan. How high should my loan be or how much should I be in debt before I should forget about going to UMich?

Consider that federal loan wise, the max you will be able to take out is 27k over four years, with 5.5k your first year. Otherwise, you’ll have to look into private student loans, which will require a co-signer.
