Wow. Completely different options. I hope you can go to revisits. Let your child/you decide on the experience they want, with the caveat that finances (including transportation) play a role in the decision.
Yea, we have choices. We got lucky finally, it was an intense year. Not so much luck before and she was kinda depressed. We had to pray and pray. Out of all three boarding she liked Exeter best, but the other two, she still can’t make her mind up!
Does she want to live at home or board? Are finances a concern? There is a huge difference between online and attending class and living with your classmates. Consider travel.
There isn’t a “best” option. Only a 'best for her" option.

Totally agree with @vwlizard . Wildly different options. If there is a high level EC/sport, it may be difficult to pursue that as a boarder.
Otoh, BS communities are incredible, and having the opportunity to be a member of a such a living learning community with highly energized and achieving peers is truly a blessing.
Really depends on what you want your high school year experience to be.
