<p>Will writing a variation of of where you live help you in certain schools.</p>
<p>For instance, my friend said she wrote down the “Bronx” instead of the broader New York City, in order to make admissions people more likely to take her?</p>
<p>They’ll obviously see an address, so it wont do anything.</p>
<p>I can only see that working for some locations…
For example, saying you’re from the greater New Orleans area when you live in Metairie (right next door, and this is for hurricane reasons).</p>
