<p>No. It’s not the greatest area in the world, but you also need to make smart decisions. Should you wander around by yourself at 3 am? Probably not. Otherwise it’s not a huge deal. Just like with every city, there are some areas that are unsafe, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the entire place is dangerous. Use common sense.</p>
