<p>I was just wondering how long it takes for Midd to send some kind of confirmation that they’ve received an application. I’ve gotten a few from Common App and I have heard that applicants receive an email from Midd containing further information to check on received materials. I totally understand that the admissions office is probably really busy right now, but I just want to know they’ve gotten all my stuff.</p>
<p>I applied ED for this year, and I just got my email yesterday. I’m guessing that by now you may have gotten yours, but it took about 1.5 weeks for me to get mine (though that may be because they were waiting until closer to the deadline; I submitted my information two weeks early). Don’t despair! Good luck with getting in!</p>
<p>Yes, thank you, I did receive my login info a few days ago! But it still does not list a date for ED agreement, which I sent by post about two weeks ago…do you think they just haven’t put it in yet? I’d love to call and ask but I can’t until the 30th. Also, it lists the same teacher for rec 1 and rec 2. I really hope this will be changed as well, because Common App shows that both of my teachers successfully downloaded their recs. I’m just getting a bit anxious and I guess I’m just looking for some sort of confirmation haha…I just cannot imagine having to wait for the ED2 or regular (God forbid) deadline for a decision if they don’t have all my stuff! Agghh</p>
<p>The stuff by post is probably going to take longer to sort through, and I don’t know that they started before today. Theoretically, I’ve sent everything in but the only things that they’ve received has been what I’ve submitted through the Common App. I think they’re just taking a while to sort through everything. I totally feel your pain…I feel like I’ll end up checking every day, just in case they decide to post early! So nervous!</p>

<p>My son’s ED check list had the same teacher eval. listed twice also. Emailed them. It was a computer clitch. Good luck. Can’t wait for Saturday morning 8am on 12/17</p>
<p>My daughter applied RD but her school’s College Guidance Office requires the students submit all of their materials to all colleges at least 30-60 school days before the application deadlines not including weekends or holidays. Because of that, she had all of her applications, Middlebury included, in weeks ago. I noticed the same thing when I checked her status. They had the same teacher listed for both of her recommendations but on the common app school forms list it showed two different teachers and her College counselor assured me they sent two different recs. I’m glad to know it’s just a computer error on Midd’s end of things. Good luck to all of you waiting on your ED notifications.</p>
<p>Everything’s all set! I logged in and everything is listed as being received, and my teacher recs are both correct too. First term grades show as being received on the 18th - after the deadline - but I’m assuming that shouldn’t be a problem as many high schools don’t release first quarter grades by the 15th. Don’t think I’ll have to call now! Wednesday interview is the last step of this thing for me until mid-December. I hope everything works out for everyone else :-)</p>
