<p>Okay so I apparently got locked out of my account and need to contact them? Am I the only one that’s completely incompetent and had this happen to them?</p>
<p>Also, I’m assuming that there’s a delay in sending out missing passwords because their server is really busy?</p>
<p>My daughter and I have the same problem. We’re waiting to get the password. May have to call in the morning. Been waiting since 7:00pm.</p>
<p>So they unlocked my account and I did the ‘forgot my password’ deal again and it’s been a few hours and I still haven’t gotten the email. Did people get their forgotten password email instantly or was there a delay?</p>
<p>Update: never mind I figured it out!</p>
<p>There’s usually a delay in the forgotten password email in virtually every website that manages a login account.</p>
