<p>Hi, I am trying to put in my mid year grades, I can log into the website but then when it asks you to enter the login and pw again, ‘incorrrect pw’ message comes up!</p>

<p>I just logged in fine also. Try a different browser and if that doesn’t fix it, turn the caps lock off?!

<p>My son had the same problem and emailed them. Their response:</p>
<p>You can use your USC id number for your username and your six digit date of birth mmddyy for your password.</p>
<p>Make sure you don’t use yyyy for birth date! It worked fine :)</p>

<p>Bumping because I was gonna ask this same question. Did you guys submit the official transcript as well? And did you put the transcript request form with it when you sent it?</p>
<p>No, I just did it myself. I think that is all they want, from what I could tell</p>
<p>Are we supposed to send a transcript? or the report card that we received from the school that was mailed to our house?</p>

<p>Our school sent the mid-year report and we input the grades online as well. Had login problems at first but it got resolved.</p>
<p>so ask the school to send USC an official transcript?</p>
