You sound like a pervert when you refer to 20 year old students as “boys and girls”. </p>

<p>Also, your company is in a third world country, offering crappy pay and you wont consider “students who have procured less than 3.5 GPA” at one of the best undergraduate engineering programs, say what? I hope you realize that companies of much higher caliber are offering much better pay, relocation for the same group of students, not to mention your hours are crappy too.</p>
