This book seems pretty interesting, but should I waste time and effort sneaking it out of the library to add it to essay examples?

Huh? 10char

Moms, peers, etc. It’s not exactly a “light reading” kind of book. Checking it out (not stealing lol) but discreetly, y’know?

edit:
I’m just wondering if it’s too controversial.

Why would you read a book just to use it as an example on your essay?

I’m trying to make the literature immersion as painless as possible. This novel seems rather interesting, but I’ll read it later (after SAT) and read some other book if it is not good for the essay.

^^^ Exactly what I’m thinking. Lolita deserves more than being used as fodder for essays.

You guys suck.

read the summary bub, short n easy. its bout some child rapist though, if that interests u.

If you’re reading for the sake of being immersed in literature (not because you actually like the books), then you might as well make up fake examples for the SAT essay. It’s easier and it gives you more rhetorical potential.
