H and I are headed to London after Christmas, arriving at 6am. We rented an apartment through VRBO but the earliest the host can offer check-in is 11:30 am. He (the host) suggested we use Citystasher or Luggage Hero as their locations are more convenient and less expensive than the left luggage facilities at the major train stations.
Anyone ever used either service or heard of it? It appears they are relatively new services, advertising as the “Airbnb of luggage”. We prefer to keep busy our first day when we travel abroad so are willing to store our luggage all (or most) of the day and move our check-in until later in the day. This is certainly one minor disadvantage to renting a flat as opposed to a hotel!
