this sounds like a pretty lame question, but is it hard to be a loner at princeton, or at any college, for any matter? (-0- wtcrap i sound like creep asking this)

im just wondering if college is like high school;; do people care about popularity and form cliques and have that mutual agreement to not talk to the “creepy kid”
i got the feeling that college was a bit more open and you would meet people who share the same interests as you.

Lol @ flushingxtoilet.

If you’re saying that you want to be a loner and wonder if people will force socialness on you, then no, it’s really easy to sit in your room and not talk to anyone else.

If you’re asking that as a loner now, will you make friends in college, then yes. Lots of students I’ve talked to weren’t the most popular people in high school and didn’t have that many friends, but found a nice group at Princeton. There’s so many different types of people with different personalities/interests that you’ll be able to find your group.
