long shot I know but??

any advice to make this happen. My brother just started as a Freshman in ILR. I have been to the campus many times and love it. I think I would also love to apply ILR (maybe sports management or business). My grades/SATs are not as good as my brothers but I am very active and out going. Should have leadership positions in sports/clubs this year as Senior.
Here are my stats.

Your grades are fine if you took the most rigorous coures. Average ACT score for ILR is a 30 or 31 …if you get this you’ll have a shot.

I am working hard to do well on the ACT.
