<p>what? “to learn some CD scratching stuff”? dude, u don’t need a “residential” program for learning DJing! I never heard of one college/HS summer program for that. Try big citites, and look up ads in paper…there r millions of places all around the US where u can learn DJing and most likely in a nearby distance.</p>
