Looking for a Safety

I’m planning on applying as a transfer to Brandeis, Wesleyan, Oberlin, Tufts, and Emory, but feel like I need a safety.

I’m looking for a school with a student body that isn’t too preppy and has a film program.
My college GPA was decent…around 3.7 or 3.8

Any thoughts?

What about a local state college? Usually public state universities have some sort of program for local community college students. Or at least they do here.
