That fresh pasta …bellissimo!!!
My bosses had lasagna brought in for the all-co meeting today…so good. 
Made me think about this thread.
Visiting D and FSIL and I made pasta last night.
Cooked pasta mixed butter olive oil sauteed garlic slices
Add arugula top with lid for a few minutes
Add Parmesan serve chopped cherry tomatoes on side
Slightly bitter and very addicting
@abasket - my H is in gratitude for this thread. It made me crave pasta. I rarely make pasta and made spaghetti tonight. My H was in heaven. Nothing special but it was good. I bought ground sweet Italian sausage and added Rao’s artichoke pasta sauce. The combination was delicious. I served some spiralized zucchini on top of the pasta to add some vegetables. Served it with a light green salad.
I made the baked ziti from post #3 tonight. It was a hit.
So glad you liked it! It’s one of my favorites.
