Have had a Bosch for about 5 years. It cleans well, is whisper quiet, has been reliable and we appreciate the third rack for cutlery or utensils. The only problem is loading it efficiently, as a couple of other posters have noted… The bottom rack has large gaps that preclude placing smaller items there and our glasses (which are standard sizes) don’t fit well in the upper rack. Though there are only 2 of us at home, we run the dishwasher daily, with unusable space empty. Worth it to bring dishes to the appliance show room. (I used to think my dishwasher loading was as close to having a magic power as I would get.)
