Looking for feedback - chance me/match me [SC resident, 3.64 GPA (4.8 SC-weighted), 28 ACT, 1260 SAT, want lowest possible cost, health-related major]

East Carolina has a large health sciences program. I believe USC-Upstate also has several related majors, and in-state tuition.

At almost any school you are going to be able to find a heath professions track. Public health is a less common program, although you seem to have found a large number of options. Very different college tracks so your daughter is going to have to pick one.
