Tufts University comes to my mind. It fits your criteria and has an excellent Dental School as well as good sciences that prepare individuals for that track. People talk a lot about it being a good pre-med school, but it’s also a good school for pre-dental.

Duke sounds perfect for you and your stats are competitive enough where it would definitely be worth a shot to apply. Tufts and Holy Cross are good options too.
