<p>Hey guys, I am currently attending UNew Hampshire(Durham), and I am coming from Southern Maine. They charge an absurd amount for out-of-staters. I am a freshman, and I currently have a 4.0 GPA(probably will go down a little before year ends), in the honors college, and my FAFSA EFC is 00000. Are there any schools that would meet 100% of my need? I need to try and transfer soon since the deadlines are in about a month, or under. Would schools desire those traits of mine? My parents are divorced, and I don’t talk to my mother/know her that well. My dad can’t contribute anything due to a disability. How easy would it be to transfer? I want to become a physician assistant, and I switched into biomedical sciences, but I would like to try for a health science before I go for my masters. If anyone could help me out, you would be saving me thousands of dollars, and you would have ALL of my thanks and appreciation… Thank you!!!</p>
<p>There are few if any schools that will give you a 100% scholarship. </p>
<p>Your best bet is attending the flagship of your local state university.</p>
<p>Also, some pretty good schools that have reasonable out of state tuition rates are University of Minnesota, University of Oklahoma, and the SUNYs.</p>
<p>I am perplexed on why you attended this school in the first place, if you couldn’t afford it.</p>

<p>I think that in order to get a free ride, that you might have to go to a lesser school, where you might be coveted.</p>
<p>I doubt a Canadian school would give you much of anything.</p>
<p>They would want Americans who can afford the “out of state” tuition.</p>

<p>Rice University is big on advertising that they meet 100% of demonstrated need.</p>
