Looking for schools to transfer to

<p>I’m not necessarily looking for Ivy leagues or top 20. I just want to transfer to a university that’s better than ISU, has a better engineering program (even though ours is pretty strong, it would feel like a downgrade otherwise), has a better population, and doesn’t have a lot of drinking, Friday night street fests, etc.</p>

<p>but probably the most important factor is money, which I don’t have and my parents are more or less unable to provide. <em>fingers crossed on that stupid green card and possible federal aid and more scholarship opportunities</em></p>

<p>USC[ University of Southern Calif] has a very good engineering program and accepts a lot of highly capable transfer students each year.</p>

<p>let me emphasize the part about money. <em>I don’t have it.</em> </p>

<p>I know that with the possibility of still not having a green card 2 years later, my list of possible considerations goes wayy down. But I have no idea otherwise.</p>
