Looking for solid target/safety schools

Hi everyone! I’m a rising senior currently looking for some solid target/safety schools I can apply to come next year. I’m a bit stuck on finding some (a lot of schools I have on my list are definitely reaches and superreaches, like Uchicago and Barnard). Here are my stats:
GPA: School doesn’t calculate unweighted (mines finished at a 4.13/4.5), by my own calculation probably a 3.7-3.8 UW. Not great because of a bad freshman year, but I have a very clear upward trend.
SAT: 1560
SAT Subjects: 800 Math II, waiting for US and Physics.
Recs: Will all be probably 10/10 (I’m “favorite student” level for both of them, I might have an additional).
Potential majors: All over the place right now, but I like English, Economics, Computer Science (not sure which one I’d apply with)
And finally, I’m from Connecticut.
And here’s what I’m looking for in a college:
Location: I honestly don’t care too much, but an extremely rural school (like Williams) would not suit me.
I’m also leaning towards bigger universities- I also don’t mind liberal arts colleges (I’m very flexible) but will probably prefer the bigger schools.
If I didn’t cover anything or missed something obvious, let me know! Thank you all so much!

UCONN would be a match and about $31,000. What can your parents afford? University of Chicago and Barnard are both in the $70,000 price range.
