I am looking to transfer from UVA to either Columbia, U Penn, Johns Hopkins or Georgetown. I was deferred from U Penn after applying ED and then ultimately rejected. In high school I had a 1430 SAT and 32 superscore (31 composite) ACT. Since I am looking to transfer from a prestigious university does that help my chances?
Why do you want to transfer?
It will probably help if you have the college GPA to match. but if you don’t have a competitive college GPA than I don’t think it matters at all. BEST OF LUCK
I do not like the lack of diversity here, it does not feel welcoming. 2/3 of people are from VA and then 1/2 of that is from NOVA. I am out of state and it is very cliquey.
