<p>Does anyone have any informaton on the dorms for 11th grade males? I’m looking to find out if the beds are twin xl and if they have much of a mattress or if he will need a real thick memory foam.</p>
<p>I was talking with my dad yesturday about Loomis and he told me that it floods in that area every year. Does anyone know if thats true?</p>

<p>it doesn’t really affect the school though, i don’t think… it just brings a swarm of mosquitoes or something along the lines of that haha</p>
<p>Every several years Loomis may cancel classes for a day if the water closes off one of the roads into campus. They rebuilt a bridge on one of the roads recently, though, so that has helped a lot. When there’s flooding, the lower playing fields are unusable for a few days. In S’s 3 years at LC, we/he never noticed a mosquito problem.</p>
<p>Any suggestions on furnishings for the dorm rooms? I didn’t get to see them on the tour.</p>
