Based on practice SAT tests (timed) my scores are as follows:
(800 Math, 800 Writing, 700 Critical Reading)…so as you can see I’m missing 100 points in Critical Reading but I have basically perfected the math and writing sections. I understand that on most SAT’s the curve is -2 for an 800. With so little time, I don’t know if I can truly focus on both the vocabulary and the reading comprehension portion of the CR section. (btw my breakdown on that particular SAT test was -0 on math and writing and -7 on CR). And within CR I missed -2 on vocab and -5 on reading comp. So my question is should I not focus on vocab and just let the curve do away with the 2 I missed but focus on reading comp Q’s and try to get a perfect score that way? Basically I mean that I’ll perfect the reading comp Q’s but probably end up missing -2 on vocab which would still yield a net score of 800?
Or is it easier the other way around? (perfect vocab and miss 2 on reading comprehension). But do you know anyone who has perfected the reading comp questions? I always end up missing at least one -_-
