Lost momentum this semester; will this ruin my chances of getting accepted into nursing school?

I am currently a sophomore attending a community college in CT. While I got accepted into a few colleges during my senior year of high school, I opted to go for this option due to a combination of financial difficulty and personal issues.

I have been hellbent on raising my high school GPA, which had been roughly a 3.6-3.7?? (It feels like it’s been ages.) I managed to get it up to a 3.79 after these last three semesters and am en route to leave community college with a total of 66 credits.

However, this fall semester, I really slipped and lost my energy. I will definitely end my 3 credit classes with As. But my microbiology grade is on the B+/A- line, and my anatomy I grade will be lucky to finish at a B-/B (I am well aware of how inconvenient it is that it happened to be anatomy, and I am regretting my slump).

Considering I suck it up, get back on track, and crush my spring semester, will I be able to put this awful semester behind me? I deliberately chose to take four classes this spring to focus on getting that A in anatomy II. As for my other essential prerequisites, I did receive at least an A- in most of them. If it makes a difference in differentiating myself from other applicants, I am also a volunteer certified EMT. And to put my application into perspective, the schools I am applying to are Michigan State University (MSU), Florida State University (FSU), and University of Central Florida (UCF).

Thanks for taking time to read about my academic crisis, cheers to you.
