<p>My daughter was just ‘randomly selected’ at Moorpark College at the Exotic Animal Traning and Management program. This was the second year she applied - the first year she was # 7 on the waiting list and we knew that only the first 5 could have a chance. Are there other schools where you only get in by lottery and how does it work there?</p>
