<p>Not Louisiana Tech, Louisiana Technical College of Baton Rouge. La Tech is in Ruston, I believe. Sure is sad wherever this happened.</p>

<p>This makes me so, so sad. Why do things like this happen? It seems to be an alarming trend here in America and it’s extremely troubling.</p>

<p>Personally, I strongly believe we should have tighter gun laws. This is getting ridiculous. And yes, i know “guns don’t kill people, people kill people…” but people WITH guns kill people.</p>
