Low Gpa, am I screwed?

I am in a five year combined b.s. m.s. program, where I get my bachelors and masters in five years.

My GPA was good until last term of my B.S., I got a 2.6.
Structural Geology C+
Calc II C
Medical Microbio B+
Microbio Lab A

So my whole GPA is 3.55, and I will have one year of masters work which can bring my gpa to 3.58. I heard that having a downward spiral is bad and I had a really bad semester, are my chances of going to an M.D. over?

No, you’re fine - but you’re stuck with the 3.55 for your GPA on AMCAS. The masters GPA will be considered separately from your undergrad GPA.
