<p>During my first year at HCC i took the Test and were placed into development course 0312 to prepare me for college level math, I ended up didnt go to the class and got an F. I retake the test and were place into college level math and found out the F count toward my GPA which suck. Same thing with my English class.</p>

<p>but i do know…some school will do “academic renewal” but this has to be with a class you took over 2 years i ago i think. in my case it helped. </p>
<p>isntead of seeing a F, ppl will see a Z. so they know you took it way too long ago to have it affect your GPA. </p>
<p>best thing you can do is get A’s all across and explain your situation to your choice of transfer in your essay.</p>
