With your current stats, you should have no trouble with the CSUs you list. The UCs though - I am less confident. A better SAT and a compelling application could get you into UCR and perhaps UCSC. The other will remain reaches due to your GPA. USF, Dominican and UoP should be no problem though hard to guess what kind of aid the’d offer. The other’s I don’t know well enough to guess.
Think about applying to SDSU and perhaps LMU as well.
What you must take into account is also the acceptance rates of these colleges. With what you have listed it should be no problem getting into the CSUs as well as the UCs you listed.
Does your high school rank, and do you speak Spanish? If so you might be able to take the AP Spanish or SAT Spanish subject test with minimal study and do very well. Also, UC Merced and maybe Redlands.
CSU’s admit by eligbility index and major (CSU GPA x 800) + (SAT Math+CR)= (3.59x800) + (1110)= 3982. Your EI looks competitive for all the Cal states.
CSUN/CSUF/CSULB/Chico State: Match
For the UC’s, GPA is very important so your’s is below the average for UCSB, UCI and UCSC. Raising your SAT score will help but GPA is still king with the UC’s.
UCR: Match
UCSC: High Match
UCSB/UCI: Reach
You realize that UCR and UCI are the only UC’s on your list that have a Business schools and majors. The other UC’s offer Business Econ/Economics???
For the Privates:
Univ of La Verne/Whittier/Dominican University: Match
UOP/USF: High Match
