<p>i really want to go to VCU… however, my gpa sucks. i have a 2.8… just wondering if someone who knows more about admissions there will chance me…</p>

<p>Your chances depend on whether the given GPA is weighted or unweighted. If it is weighted, it’s not very likely that you’ll get into VCU. Of course that doesn’t mean it can’t happen, considering your extracurriculars. The average VCU admitee has a weighted GPA of around 3.75. If you do not get accepted to VCU, you could always go to a less competitive school and then try to transfer to VCU after your freshman year. Good luck!</p>
