Low SAT and GPA, supplements might help? Recommendations?

I’m a freshman doing my second semester at a community college as of now. I’m an international student and I’m 16. I just took the SAT for the first time and received a pretty low score of 1920 (Reading 630, Math 670, Writing 620). I’ll have 32 credits by the end of the semester and am definitely looking to transfer. My GPA would be approximately 3.6 to 3.7 by the end of this second semester. I’ve got extra-curriculum activities and other factors to back me up and that might make up for my low SAT and GPA.

ABRSM Grade 5 for Theory

Was in the Gifted Education Program (top 1% of the country)
Big parts in two television series when I was a kid

I’ve also got one AMAZING recommendation letter from my English professor and am currently awaiting one from my Government professor.

What universities would I have the possibility of getting into? As of now, I’ve got my eyes on Rice, Columbia, Brown, Northwestern, UC-Berkeley (perhaps UCLA). Any other recommendations if I’m planning on majoring in political science, pre-law, international relations or journalism?
