Low SAT Score?

Ok. So my SAT score:

M:720 CR:740 W:740 (12 Essay); 2200

I am brown, (applied ED), mid 700s on subject tests, lower GPA than avg. Penn applicant (freshman year), but much better extra-curricular activities. Also, imo and that of others who reviewed my app, they thought my essays were awesome (a little bias).

Its too late for another SAT, but is this score enough for Penn and its peers?

…yes. If you get rejected, it won’t be because of your “low” score.

“I am brown”
What does that even mean?

^East Indian, I think.

[Urban Dictionary: brown](<a href=“Urban Dictionary: brown”>Urban Dictionary: brown)

And this is how I learned all my America slangs. ;)

if you don’t get in it’ll be more because of your gpa than your test scores my friend.

Class with GPA >3.75 87%
Class with Rank Top 10% - 96%
Class with SAT <2200, more than 50%.

There you go.

And by ‘I am brown’, I think he means he applied to Brown University ED, not literally LOL.

brown quite definitely refers to ethnicity, not school choice in this context

Oh right, missed the comma, sorry

It is not too low. I got below 2000 and I am here! AT PENN! (:
