So i had a gpa of 3.15 and this semester I will have 3 C’s. I was an engineering major but i decided to pursue accounting instead. Will this one bad sester overshadow everything else? Assuming my following semesters will go well
Extra: i’m okay not working for a big 4. I got a got a B/B+ average in my business classes and i’m taking community college classes and hopefully that will boost my gpa.
Honestly it’s hard to say, but with accounting it would be important to become a CPA in order to have access to the most opportunities.
You can still get your CPA license without having to work in a public accournting firm. However, the public accounting experience is good, whether it is with a Big 4 firm or not.
