Loyola Chicago, UT Dallas, Stetson, or UCF-Help Me Choose Please!!

These are my four options right now, and I really need help choosing. The annual costs for me would be Loyola (approx. $12000), UT Dallas (approx. $5000), Stetson (approx. $12000), and UCF (nothing, full ride).

I am not really sure about my career or where I am going with my majors, but I was considering double majoring in Marketing/Advertising and Physics with a minor in Psychology. It’s a broad range of subjects, and it might change (also considering Criminology and Forensics), but that is where I stand for now. I am interested in a campus feel, lots of student life or activities to do, and a good city location. I also prefer smaller classes, but I am in the honors program at all four of those schools, which should help.

I know I could do a lot of research and find information, which I have and will, but some opinions and suggestions from other people would greatly help! Which school would you choose and for what reasons?

Thank you!

That is a strange grouping of schools that have little other than cost to bind them together. None are outstanding schools, so I would base your decision on which metropolitan area you would like to live in after you graduate. Good luck!!!

@blink24 - Have you visited any of those schools? I’m only familiar with Stetson and Loyola Chicago. The latter has a stronger core program with an emphasis on service and leadership. The honors program is very good. Stetson is kind of an up and coming school, nice campus, but not in a metropolitan area. If you like criminology, Loyola has a good program with a psychology and forensics component. Good luck!

Your quote: " I am interested in a campus feel, lots of student life or activities to do, and a good city location. I also prefer smaller classes, but I am in the honors program at all four of those schools, which should help."
@blink24 Since you prefer smaller classes, then please know that even with Honors at UCF, you will still have classes with more people (not every subject is available via Honors). However, UCF has many activities.

I would take UTD out of the running if you really want a city location and a traditional college social life with a lot of student activities.

I agree^^

I applied to Stetson two years ago and got a FA package similar to yours, but chose elsewhere. I can say that UCF is probably the strongest academically of these four schools, though all are solid universities. Pick where you’d be most comfortable.
