<p>So I got invited to apply to the Honors Program at LSA, and I wrote the required essay. When I go to submit it, however, the program tells me the deadline was back in July 2012. Now the email says the deadline is in March 2013, so I am totally confused and can't submit my honors application. Anyone else have this problem or know what I'm doing wrong?</p>
<p>When I go to the submission page, it says “The close date of the assignment has passed. You can no longer submit an answer.” I tried on Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer, and each had the same issue</p>
<p>“The LSA Honors Program Office will be closed beginning December 21, 2012 through January 2, 2013. We will be unable to respond to email or provide access to the essay upload site during that time. Once we return, we will respond to inquiries in the order in which they were received. Thank you for your patience–we look forward to your application.”</p>
