M.A. in Arts Politics

Does anyone have any information regarding the quality of this program? I can’t find much online or many people who’ve heard of it.

Anyway, I have a few questions about my chances of getting in.

I’m a recent graduate from a top-tier university (not very high ranked up, though). My graduating GPA was a 3.65. Is it realistic to have this GPA and still want in? My school doesn’t factor out-of-residence coursework into our GPAs, so with transferred coursework and a semester abroad figured in, my GPA is a 3.77.

I have a bachelor’s in political science and no art background whatsoever. However, I do have a lot of experience with political activism in school organizations and internships. Is it terrible if my resume is one-sided? I applied to internships at museums in my last few semesters of school, but I was rejected for not being an art history major. Any suggestions on how to gain experience in the art world with no background? I primarily want to go into curatorial work.

Arts Politics definitely seems like a program that’d fuse my education/experience with my interest in art. Is this the only program like this that exists? Does anyone know of similar programs that join these worlds all in one spread?
